Assistant Professor of Marketing

Harrison is an Assistant Lecturer of Marketing at his two-time alma mater, Florida State University, having graduated with a PhD in 2019.

Dr. Pugh’s research interests focus on marketing strategy, frontline services, and customer relationships. His research has examined the use of employee reprimands as a form of service recovery, lost customer reacquisition, and charitable giving using experimental methods as well as analysis of firm provided behavioral data. Harrison has more than 10 years of sales and management experience in both the hospitality and technology industries. He enjoys cooking, and has experience as a professional sushi chef.
